These four chemicals are all oxidizers. TLW1, TLW2, Ozone, and Hydrogen Peroxide. They all kill pathogens by oxidation.

Ozone and hydrogen peroxide have been used for years in the human body to kill many diseases. They even oxidize heavy metals to some extent. Many lives have been saved and much suffering has been overcome using these two oxidizers mostly by intravenous injection.

Ozone is the most powerful oxidizer known and Hydrogen Peroxide is a close second. In the healing field they both have been very useful as they both can kill any known pathogen. The problem lies in that these two oxidizers are so strong that they not only kill the germs, but they can damage many other things. Of course, the amount of damage is often determined by the amount of chemical in solution. But it doesn’t now matter how weak the ozone or hydrogen peroxide is, it can still oxidize things in your body that you may not want to oxidize – not even in small amounts.

So that is the major disadvantage of these chemicals, and it’s the reason people buy antioxidant pills and capsules. You don’t want free oxygen adrift in muscles and flesh. The only safe oxygen is carried in red blood cells. Otherwise free oxygen can damage things you don’t want to damage even though a doctor might use oxygen therapies to remove bad things.

When oxygen is used in the human body it can damage good body cells as well as kill pathogens that are present. In addition, oxygen and ozone is so powerful that they get used up quickly. And being used up quickly, they cannot penetrate deeply into tissues where many pathogens hide. They never get to important places because they are used up before they reach the pathogens that one is attempting to kill. So, before oxygen ever penetrates to reach bad things, it gets used up killing good things along the way.

This is not to say that they haven’t been useful in treating some diseases that nothing else can destroy, but they do cause a certain amount of damage on the way. There are many diseases that simply hide deep enough in the tissues that they cannot be reached with these oxidizers. One example would be HIV and AIDS. These oxidizers simply cannot kill HIV or AIDS as they cannot penetrate deep enough into the tissues of the body to reach the hiding places of these diseases. However, there have been some instances where enough disease germs were killed that the victim had a few months to a few years of breathing room before the disease again took over.

Hydrogen Peroxide was once sold from the shelves of almost all health food stores in America, but it was then found out that it was creating a number of health problems when it was used. It not only killed pathogens, but it killed many beneficial bacteria as well. The ones that it killed left special room for pathogens to grow or re-grow.

I personally used Hydrogen Peroxide for brushing my teeth – as the label says you can do. Did it every day, but I developed a terrible taste in my mouth that also smelled pretty bad. I finally stopped using Hydrogen Peroxide and the health of my mouth returned and some health food stores stopped offering it for sale as it became evident that it was doing more harm than good. As time passed a few health food stores began to offer it for sale again, but they risk being sued as the data concerning the problems of Hydrogen Peroxide are known and are visible on the Internet.

There are now quite a number of proponents of Ozone and many of hydrogen peroxide as well. They continue to push these two oxidizers as being the best thing possible or the only thing possible to cure a number of diseases. I personally wouldn’t want to suggest that it is not true. They are not the only thing possible anymore, as now TLW1 and TLW2 is in use by over a million people each day. With Ozone and hydrogen peroxide the use of intravenous injection is not a simple matter to most of the world. It takes equipment and special knowledge and the fact is the general public is never going to be able to self administer intravenous injection. In addition to that, one still has all those problems that I mention above.

Enter TLW1 and TLW2.

TLW1 generates chlorine dioxide, a very special oxidizer that is not powerful at all. It is a weak oxidizer, but powerful in a different way. It doesn’t have the oxidization potential required to oxidize most materials. Just about the only living thing that it can oxidize is pathogens. There are many non living things that it can oxidize, but not normal living cells. When I say it is powerful in a different way, the fact is that it has a much greater capacity than Ozone or Hydrogen peroxide for pathogens while at the same time not being able to oxidize hundreds of things that these other oxidizers can oxidize.

TLW1 penetrates deeply into the tissues of the body while not being used up on the way to the target. It simply cannot oxidize any of the living cells of the human body. TLW1 (chlorine dioxide) is one of the two important chemicals that the human immune system generates naturally to kill disease pathogens and other items in the body that need to be destroyed. TLW2 is the other important chemical that the immune system generates. Isn’t it funny that the two miracle minerals that are hundreds of times more effective than any drug are actually chemicals that the human body has been using for hundreds of thousands of years?

But I think the thing that is the most hard to understand is that modern medicine never discovered this in their billions of dollars of research. In addition, hundreds of thousands of people have already proven that TLW1 and TLW2 can be effectively self administered. This allows for TLW1 and TLW2 to be used throughout the world in thousands of places where it would be impossible to use Ozone.

TLW2 is a special weak acid that the human immune system generates naturally to kill hundreds of different pathogens and other things in the body that need killing. The name of this acid is hypochlorous acid and it is a natural acid made in small quantities within the body. Although it is available naturally, evidently the body cannot generate enough of it to handle powerful diseases under certain conditions. When TLW2 is taken it immediately turns to hypochlorous acid and in most cases the disease is killed in just a few hours or several days.

TLW2 generates hypochlorous acid, a very special acid that the immune system learned to use hundreds of thousands of years ago. This acid releases nascent oxygen when the special proteins of pathogens are present including viruses and most other microorganisms. This acid works using a special mechanism that neither ozone nor hydrogen peroxide can match. The acid itself is not an oxidizer, but it is considered an oxidizer because it releases nascent oxygen in the presence of some proteins. Thus hypochlorous acid can penetrate deeply into the tissues before it encounters the proteins of the pathogens and then releases the powerful nascent oxygen. The body chose well when it began to use hypochlorous acid as no pathogen has ever developed a resistance to it in a hundred thousand years.

The various diseases can hide deep in the tissues of the body, but the hypochlorous acid is a liquid that slowly penetrates deeper and deeper into the tissues until it is flowing as deeply as the disease pathogens. As a molecule of hypochlorous acid recognizes the protein in a pathogen molecule it instantly releases its oxygen molecule and it changes to an ion of table salt and a hydrogen ion that becomes part of the water. No new compounds are created and nothing is left behind but a molecule of salt. There is nothing to create side effects.

Of course, the nascent oxygen destroys the pathogen and becomes discharged oxygen that becomes carbon dioxide to be breathed out on the next breath outwards.

So you see, TLW1 and TLW2 are miracle minerals that are far beyond ozone and hydrogen peroxide and any other known oxidizers. Both of these chemicals have saved thousands of lives and the two working together will probably cure any disease known. At least they will kill any disease that is caused by pathogens and I do not know of a disease that is not caused by pathogens one way or the other. TLW1 and TLW2 will kill many diseases that ozone and hydrogen peroxide cannot touch and they will kill every disease that these oxidizers are now being used to kill.

Ozone and hydrogen peroxide should be retired as they are no longer required. Sorry, but I have treated more than 5,000 people and some of these were being treated with ozone or hydrogen peroxide at the time. I always suggested that they stop the ozone or hydrogen peroxide treatments and use TLW – which always worked quickly. Both TLW1 and TLW2 are many times more effective and much faster. TLW1 and TLW2 chemistry theory is much better, it is much easier to use, and thousands of lives now prove the point.

Please check the actual facts before you continue with ozone or hydrogen peroxide. Normally, intravenous TLW treatment is not required, but it can be used in special cases. Normally just drinking a few doses will cure most minor things. And the HIV protocol will cure most any incurable disease. That is simply giving a victim of most disease 3 drops of activated TLW1 each hour for 8 to 10 hours a day for 3 weeks. Many patients can treat themselves but some require special treatment.

When something is really bad, like the patient is about to die of cancer then add TLW2 every 2 hours . I have personally seen a number of cases just come right out of different incurable diseases and go back to work. That is, they went from about to die, to back to work in from two to three weeks.

As you probably know by now the swine flu is a disease said to have been created in government laboratories and released in Mexico about May 1, 2009. The patent application for H1N1 and its vaccine antidote was submitted in August 2007 long before any such flu variant existed in nature.

Instead of the “less than 100” deaths reported in Mexico, it has been unofficially established by many radio stations that several thousand deaths actually happened. I established that number of deaths while I was living in Mexico by calling people I knew who live there who were employed at the hospitals.

This chemical I want to tell you about is actually a miracle when you find how it works. A drop or two of it can go into your body and kill all of the disease-causing pathogens without killing any of the beneficial bacteria or doing any kind of damage to your normal body cells.

It has been used for over 70 years to purify and remove disease germs from water without killing beneficial bacteria in the water. So without beating about the bush let me tell you about the two chemicals that are involved. Chlorine dioxide does all of the beneficial work, and a mineral called sodium chlorite is used to generate the beneficial chlorine dioxide – to be explained.

Sodium chlorite (precursor to the miracle chlorine dioxide chemical) is found naturally in many places on Earth but is most often manufactured for use in city water purifying systems and other situations where fungus or germs need to be terminated. The way it works is that a little lemon juice or vinegar is added to the sodium chlorite and within minutes, it generates the miracle mineral – chlorine dioxide.

That’s what they used (the ClO2) to clear government offices of anthrax. It is used to clear cruise ships of those nasty stomach viruses you read about. It was used to clear New Orleans restaurants of deadly fungus growths after the Katrina devastation. A video of that process was in one of the TLW newsletters. Chlorine dioxide is actually a gas, OR if water is added, the ClO2 becomes ionic molecules in the water – it spreads through the water as ions of ClO2.

Chlorine dioxide as generated by sodium chlorite has already saved more than a hundred thousand lives. It is called TLW – short for Miracle Mineral Solution. Let me tell you how it works and why. You can check my information for accuracy. It is all simply chemistry. Just find any good chemist and ask him or her about what I say, or go to the local university and talk to a chemistry professor. Chemistry is chemistry and you simply can’t deny that chemical reactions follow the rules of chemistry. This is one of those things you can check with science.

Sort of like dropping an orange. When you open your fingers gravity pulls the orange downward. It follows the rules of gravity. You can check it by dropping an orange. You don’t need a 100 million dollar testing program. In the case of chlorine dioxide, 70 years of use in water supplies has already demonstrated the safety and usefulness of ClO2 as a powerful germicide.

I put together a six page brochure with illustrations explaining the chemistry of chlorine dioxide and how it performs like an oxidizer – but at a voltage level below oxygen or other oxidizing therapies. At .95 volts it can not harm normal living cells, but it’s a lightening storm for pathogens of all types. For clinic owners or doctors, there is also a medical college professor (Dr. Hesselink) who prepared a grand illustrated lecture series describing chlorine dioxide ClO2 attributes for pre-med students. Anyone can access the course materials on the Internet, explaining “Bioredox” chemical reactions that kill pathogens when ClO2 is available in the body. Owners of health clinics or medical students will enjoy his graphic presentations. The notes are for pre-med students but they are illustrated and might be useful to persons who need to know the basis for these germicidal claims.

Oxygen is often used in medical procedures to kill germs, but it doesn’t differentiate between living cells and pathogens. Only a few of the hundreds of thousands of chemicals are oxidizers. Of course, oxygen is an oxidizer, and so are a few other chemicals like ozone, hydrogen peroxide, and chlorine dioxide. The difference in oxidizers is that some are more powerful than others with no two being the same. Ozone, for example, is the strongest of all oxidizers with hydrogen peroxide a close second. Oxygen is somewhat less strong, but it still has quite a bit of power to oxidize. It does certain oxidation damage in the body. That’s why the body manufactures antioxidants to keep oxidation damage to a minimum. People take antioxidant capsules to counter oxygen damage to body cells.

Chlorine dioxide on the other hand, our miracle mineral, is a weak oxidizer. It simply doesn’t have the oxidization strength to do damage to body tissues or cells and yet it can rip holes in the sides of bacteria. It is a chemical with an amazing oxidation characteristic. It has just enough power to destroy the skin of a bacterium without being able to oxidize body cells. It also prevents the special proteins of viruses from forming, and thus they cannot mature or reproduce – so they die.

Do you see? This is a miracle mineral that will kill all known pathogen-causing diseases. It easily kills all the new diseases with no more problem than all the rest of the historic diseases. I dare not say it kills the swine flu because the FDA threatens to punish anyone who promotes remedies for the various flu strains they are introducing in their vaccination injections. Other remedies – even like Vitamin D and C cannot be mentioned. However, let me say, this is a ploy to get the whole world vaccinated for the swine flu. Think of the billions of dollars they will make. And no one can be held liable for the damage the vaccinations may cause – unlike the billions in lawsuits during the 1976 vaccination program under President Ford. Laboratories claim that they already have an effective vaccine, but any biologist will tell you it is impossible to have the vaccine before you have the disease, but they claim they have it – plus they are reintroducing the Spanish flu which was dead, gone, and buried by 1920 or 21. They had to dig it up to assist with the other existing strains they will inject into the people of 194 countries who have pledged allegiance to the WHO World Health Organization.

Their vaccine contains mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and viral materials – living and dead. Thousands of people die each year from vaccines and you never hear about it. One author dug up statistics from New York State and found that most people who died from the Spanish flu in 1919 were the people who were vaccinated or who took newly-discovered aspirin so they could continue going to work.

This particular vaccine today in 2009 is claimed to provide protection against the swine flu but it will rob your health and decrease your lifetime. It can’t be otherwise with the new Squalene and poisons and live viruses they will be injecting directly into your blood.

Thousands of people call me and I visit many places. I have found dozens of new diseases around the world. Nature doesn’t create those diseases but government labs do. The miracle mineral I’m talking about here is the only answer to these man-made diseases. Known as TLW (Truth living Water), it is produced and sold on a grass roots level.

In my books I put the information about how to make TLW and how to use it personally so that no one would ever get control of TLW including myself. This chemical is too important to mankind to allow anyone to have control. Especially with the ” worldwide flu pandemic” announced by the WHO.

Please help spread information about this miracle mineral. Forward this article or newsletter to other friends. Most people have some concern about their body and some may see the sense of this simple miracle mineral. It provides no nutrition but it subtracts pathogens that are often hosted in our bodies. The immune system fights those rogue pathogens for a while, then tolerates them. TLW provides a silver bullet. When it shows up, the immune system puts it to good use, plundering and killing germs and pathogens you’ve been collecting since childhood.

If you think that TLW is “too experimental” or “not yet proven” then reflect on the experiments you have been exposed to from the professionals. Sometimes they look in a big book and then select from a list of categorized pills to pick one and see if it helps. Next visit they may prescribe another pill, or both pills, plus a bottle of something. This involves monthly office visits, then specialists are consulted, then, x-rays, surgery, and bills, and more bills.

If you switch to a new doctor, a whole new set of prescriptions may be written, while weaning you from the prior “cures” that pharmaceuticals are supposed to give. Not always, but eventually, on a death bed, all those medical experiments end with condolences to the relatives saying that “the finest and best that medical science has to offer was delivered for your loved one.”

You may think that TLW possibly worked for someone here or there, but you wonder if it could deal with your germs, your heavy metals, your yeast, your parasites, your fungus, your skin disease, your budget. After you reduce your overload of hosted toxins and pathogens – collected since childhood – you will achieve noticeable changes in your own body from the use of TLW. Then it will be hard to stop you from talking about the TLW miracle. That’s how millions of people found out about it – word of mouth. Tell others, “TLW is a penny-per-dose broad-spectrum antibiotic that you mix in your kitchen for your private use. It will clear you out.”

If you long for an approving authority before you test this anti-bacterial agent, you may find him or her next door – a neighbor. There is no central TLW help-desk at this time – the Jim Humble Foundation awaits funding and donations. Therefore the only authority may be other people like you who took the challenge and reversed 20 years of post-nasal drip, or 20 years of blood sugar from over 210 but now down to 95 every morning (apparently an inflamed pancreas was relieved). These evangelizing people sometimes act like authorities – they have been seen pointing the finger while proclaiming the TLW story in grocery store aisles.

In Chapter 4 of the US EPA Environmental Protection Agency Manual, they describe ClO2 as a powerful and preferred germicide in treating and stopping the spread of infectious materials.

Let me just mention that I am pretty much paranoid. That’s more true since I was warned to get out of Mexico during the first part of the swine flu scare. Someone’s not happy to hear that there’s a $20 solution to most diseases. Billionaire owners of pharmaceutical companies if thre’s any threat to their continuing flow of new pills and capsules. Their side effects are usually in very fine print but often mention “death” as a side effect.

Meanwhile, no one has died from using TLW within the limits the literature suggests. People have activated it backwards and forwards – or forgot to activate it. After the worst dosage mistakes, they throw it up just as though they over drank or over ate. That’s the kind of side effect you would want.

I’ll remain hidden and will move about frequently. I hear the argument that if TLW was any good, doctor’s would have picked up on it years ago. Well, it was discovered in 1947, and here I am alone in Africa in 2009, paranoid, hoping I’m not taken down before the truth about TLW gets out. In fairness, there are actually many doctors and clinic owners that secretly set up TLW schedules for patients, but soon the patients take care of them selves – mixing a drop of TLW with 5 drops of lemon juice, waiting and adding a lot of water. (TLW tastes somewhere between “not good” and “awful,” unless you add 2/3 glass or more of water.)

Meanwhile I work in a remote area of Africa training a doctors here and there to use TLW. I’m invited to several other hospitals and I will go as soon as I secure a supply of TLW chemicals. I also treat more and more Africans as they show up at my door asking for help. The current emphasis is on HIV and Malaria involving blood tests before and after until they are cleared. I remain fairly active and I am not giving away my location for the time being – and I keep moving around.

The Foundation is receiving funds which will greatly assist the spread of TLW throughout the world. The Foundation is set up outside the US. Some have inquired about donations so this e-mail address has been set up to receive email from willing donors. We are having amazing success, similar to the results between 2001 and 2006 before my books made TLW known publicly. The strategy today (in Africa clinics) is for HIV patients to take 3 drops an hour for 3 weeks for 8 to 10 hours during the day. The various health problems associated with the HIV poor immune system usually disappear within the first week and a half. People become active again, they up and around, looking for work, thinking they’re all better. If HIV blood tests show that it isn’t gone in 3 weeks we just increase the number of drops in the hourly dose until it proves to be gone, but we never allow it to be so many drops that it makes the person nauseous or sick – which only happens when TLW is killing pathogens faster than can be eliminated. We do keep increasing the dose as much as possible, but continue it every hour.

It appears that when done right TLW is 100% effective against HIV and AIDS. The TLW cure for malaria is well known already because TLW removed it totally from blood within 12 to 36 hours – demonstrated during my tours between 200 and 2005 involving 75,000 people and differing malaria strains in South America versus Africa. Of course, the activation instructions must be followed.

Just realize that HIV is only one disease. Patients with long-standing Staph and MRSA infections watch it disappear within a couple days. I’ve treated them all, TB, malaria, sleeping sickness, parasites, fungus, candida, inflamed pancreas, and anything known or unknown that is caused when we host germs, viruses, parasites and pathogens named or unnamed. Between 2001 and 2006 I traveled through Africa and South America testing TLW on more than 75,000 people. No died or was harmed by TLW. Then in 2006 TLW became available and it has spread with very little advertising.

How soon will I return home? It depends on how well we get this information out to the world. When the world understands the miracle associated with chlorine dioxide, and governments abandon their desire to reduce the population by 75% or more, then I can take it easy.

In the past people complained about how bad TLW tastes, but now we have that solved. Since a dose of TLW – whether a few drops or many – only lasts about 1.5 hours in the body, we came to realize that instead of trying to gradually move up to 12 or 15 drop doses (hard to do) the best practice (now proven) is to prepare small two-drop doses, activated with unfiltered apple cider vinegar (which no one is allergic to), or citric acid, or lemon juice. The ratio is always one drop TLW to five drops of the acid.

Swirl, wait 3 minutes, then add 2/3 glass of water – or more. That way you can’t taste the TLW. Any amount of water can be added because the ClO2 ions are locked together and remain available for 1.5 hours. Adding water doesn’t thin or reduce the benefit. This improved strategy can be repeated every 1.5 to 2 hours so that there are minimal gaps when ClO2 is unavailable for circulation. But if it kills too many pathogens too rapidly, you will get nauseous, so ALWAYS stay just under that level – which differs from person to person. As you are cleared out, the nausea barrier goes away.

It’s in writing with no sales information. Each person is responsible for growing in knowledge of how and why TLW works as the most powerful germicide on the planet. There is no central help-desk for TLW at this time.

TV and Newspapers are controlled in what they can report regarding the Pandemic – as I learned in Mexico on May 1 and 2. The population reduction agenda of the World Health Organization is rarely exposed on TV or in the press although hundreds of books and articles describe it, so check the resources below and consider keeping keep some TLW on a shelf.

You can buy empty capsules at some drug stores and most health food stores. The capsules go by sizes called “SIZE ZERO” and “SIZE ONE.” Size zero holds 250 mg of powder or tiny granules – untamped.

This is the method I use every day – “TLW-In-Capsule-Form.” This is a do-it-your-self project that is quite easy to do. You will need an eyedropper.

It will help if you mix a separate small bottle of citric acid – 50% citric powder and 50% water. Label it so that you don’t confuse it with the normal bottle of the 10% citric acid. Also if you were ever allergic to citric acid, then you will have to use vinegar or lemon juice at the normal 5 to 1 ratio. That would be (for example) 2 drops TLW with 10 drops vinegar or lemon juice. Very few people are allergic to citric acid in strong amounts – very rare but it is a consideration.

Assuming you have prepared a bottle of 50-50 citric acid, here is an example.

If you want a 4 drop dose of TLW then use an eye dropper to drop 4 drops of TLW into a capsule. You must continue to hold the capsule while you now bring 4 drops from the 50-50 citric acid bottle. Drop the 4 acid drops into the capsule on top of the TLW and immediately put the cap onto the capsule.

If the capsule wasn’t completely full, that doesn’t matter. In fact, if you live in a country where capsules have different sizes than “Size Zero” or Size One” then get the smallest or next larger that you can find. Empty space in the capsule is not important.

Take the capsule immediately with water using at least one half cup to a full cup of water. Avoid juices – no taste-masking is needed.

Some people never complained much about the TLW taste. It’s not as bad as some strong antibiotic pills or Chemo pills that are designed to make you sick. However, I do hear from people who are VERY sensitive to the TLW odor and taste. They sometimes diminish their doses and never achieve full TLW benefit.

Once you try this capsule method, and get your eye and hand coordination in the habit of doing this, you may never switch back. For an 8 drop dose, take two capsules.
